The men's Xcel 3mm Drylock ST boot features a seamless drylock ankle seal, a flexible lightweight sole, 100% blindstitched (which means a more watertight construction since no stitching fully penetrates through the neoprene, a taitrex sealed seams plus pressure bonded velcro straps and pull loops. A thermo carbon lining and ultra stretch neoprene ankle panels, a velcro cinches across the insteps help secure the fit, a solid sole underneath the ST which means no annoying leash hangups.
