I ordered the wrong stuff! What do I do?

Once you place an order at Becker, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email customerservice@beckersurf.com or call us at 1(888) 673-0225

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within two days from submission, excluding weekends and holidays. Items normally ship ground (actual transit times may be up to 7 days from shipment). A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Becker currently ships exclusively to continental US, Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Please note that our shipping department is closed from Christmas through New Year's Day, and on the Friday following the Thanksgiving holiday.

Timing of billing

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. Most orders ship within two days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I return an item that I have used?

What is a CSC code?

A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. Visa your identification number is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.

Is your site secure?
