How do I use your search options to find the stuff I'm looking for?

We've done our best to build our site so you can find what you want quickly and easily. That's why you have three ways of looking for the items you're interested in - you can browse by category of merchandise, you can browse by vendor, or, you can search for specific items using our search engine. section of the return form printed on the back of your invoice).

To browse by merchandise category, simply click on the category you’d like to shop in then click on the appropriate subcategory…easy! If you are more comfortable shopping by brand, simply click on the "brands" link to see a list of the various vendors and brands that we carry - over 200 in all, the biggest selection on the web!! If you know exactly what you are looking for, try using our search engine (it's in the upper right hand corner of the site). Just type in some key words describing the item(s) you're interested in, and click on the “GO” button. These keywords can be descriptions of the item (i.e. "trunks" or "shorts"), they can be names of manufacturers (i.e. "Hurley" or "Volcom"), or, if you want to be really specific, they can include the particular sku number for the item you're interested in. When you click on the "GO" button, you'll be shown a list of all the items that match your search criteria. It's that easy! Give it a whirl!

What is meant by "ships assorted colors?"

Some of our items have the description "Assorted Colors" because this is how we receive them from the manufacturers. For example we'll receive red, black, blue, white in one order, and green, gray, navy, and yellow in another. If an item comes “assorted” you’ll be prompted to tell us what you’d like to do with that “assorted color” item.

What if I can't find the item I'm looking for?

Did you see it on our site before and now it's gone? If so give us a call with the name of the item and the size you want and we might be able to track one down for you.

Even if you've never seen the item on our site, don't fret! We do Special Orders all the time! Just shoot an email to specialorders@beckersurf.com and be sure to have the manufacturer name, product name and description or product id, (sometimes called the "sku", "style no", or "item no"), along with the color and size you want and we'll let you know if it's something we can order. Sometimes special orders aren't possible, but we'll do our best to hook you up!!

What currency do you use?

All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. To convert U.S. dollars into local currencies, please feel free to use our currency converter powered by xe.com. Feel assured that you will receive top exchange rates from your credit card company.

What is my size?

All the sizes shown on our site are to U.S. scale. Please feel free to use our size charts to figure out exactly what size you are. And remember, if it doesn't fit, you can always return it!! All the sizes shown on our site are to U.S. scale.

What should I do if I'm having trouble on your site?

Hey, this is new technology, and sometimes glitches can occur. We want to make sure that all our customers have a great experience shopping with us, so, if you wouldn't mind, please email us at customerservice@beckersurf.com with the troubles you’re having. When writing the email, please include the operating system you are using (i.e. windows95/98/ME/XP/NT/2000, Vista, MAC, OSX, RedHat Linux, etc.), the browser type and version (i.e. Internet Explorer 5.5, Netscape 4.7, Mozilla, etc), the text of any error messages you are encountering, and a detailed description of the problem. We'll get our guys on the problem ASAP, to either fix the issues, or to get back to you with information on how to tune your own computer to best view our site.
