What are my payment options?

We offer a variety of credit card options for you to choose from: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.

Regardless of the method you choose, you will be required to enter your billing addresses in the supplied fields. This information, along with your expiration date and security code, must be supplied exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to provide accurate info can and will lead to your order being denied or delayed.

For international credit cards that do not provide “Address Verification” we reserve the right to ask for a fax or email with the credit card and identification.

When will I be charged for my purchases?

Please remember that regardless of the payment method you choose, you will not be billed until your order is fully assembled and shipped from our warehouse. Also, note that once you set up an account, you can change your billing information at any time by accessing your personal account page or at the time of checkout.

What if I never received my order?

If you believe that you should have already received your order please visit your personal account page to check the order's status. If the status shows as "pending," your order is still being processed. Processing may take longer than usual if we require verification of the order, if an item was out of stock, or if a charge was declined. In each instances, we will send an email to you and await a response before final processing takes place.

If the order's status is "shipped," you can track your order using the tracking numbers supplied on the confirmation email sent to you when your order was shipped. These tracking numbers are also included on the detail page for every shipped order, accessible through your personal account page (just click on the order number you're interested in to view the detail page). If there's still any trouble or confusion, please give us a call or email customerservice@beckersurf.com and we will get to the bottom of it.

If your order was shipped via FedEx, go to fedex.com and "track" your order using the tracking number(s) emailed to you when the order was shipped. If your order was shipped via USPS and you received a delivery confirmation number(s) in your email when your order was shipped, go to www.usps.gov to learn more about the delivery of your package. If you are still having troubles please give us a call!!

I just placed an order and my card has been charged, I thought you said this wouldn’t happen till the order shipped?

What you think is a “charge” is actually a “pending hold”. We realize this sounds confusing so we’ll do the best to explain ourselves. Before an order is accepted our credit card processing system will check for available funds on your card. If funds are not available your order will not go through. If funds are available a “hold” will be placed on these funds and you’ll receive an order #. This amount will be held until your order ships, at which time the hold will be “captured” and the funds will be debited from your account into our account. Simply put a true “charge” is the same as a “capture”.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are a resident of California or if you are having products shipped to a California address, you have to pay 9.25% sales tax on all purchases. If you are outside of California your orders are tax free (thank your local congressman)!!
