When will my order ship?

Most orders are ship from our warehouse within 1-3 days from the time they are placed. Delays can be expected for special-order items, depending on the tunraround time from the vendor. Once an order is complete and ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know how to track it. Please remember that credit cards are not charged until orders ship from our warehouse. See the "processing time" column of your shopping basket record for additional information about specific items in your order.

Has my order shipped?

An email will be sent to you when your order ships from our warehouse to let you know it's on its way and how to track it. You can also check the status of an order at any time by visiting your personal account page and viewing your “Recent Order History”. Orders with a "shipped" status are on their way, and orders with a "pending" status are still being processed.

What if I never received my order?

If you believe that you should have already received your order please visit your personal account page to check the order's status. If the status shows as "pending," your order is still being processed. Processing may take longer than usual if we require verification of the order, if an item was out of stock, or if a charge was declined. In each instances, we will send an email to you and await a response before final processing takes place.

If the order's status is "shipped," you can track your order using the tracking numbers supplied on the confirmation email sent to you when your order was shipped. These tracking numbers are also included on the detail page for every shipped order, accessible through your personal account page (just click on the order number you're interested in to view the detail page). If there's still any trouble or confusion, please give us a call or email customerservice@beckersurf.com and we will get to the bottom of it.

If your order was shipped via FedEx, go to fedex.com and "track" your order using the tracking number(s) emailed to you when the order was shipped. If your order was shipped via USPS and you received a delivery confirmation number(s) in your email when your order was shipped, go to www.usps.gov to learn more about the delivery of your package. Can I adjust or cancel my order, or items in my order?

You can update or edit your order at any time until it ships from our warehouse. It's easy to tell if an order has or has not shipped. Just view your personal accounts page and look for the order number you're interested in. If the order's status is "pending", you can make changes by canceling items from your account page, or you can email or call us to have items added to your order. If the order's status is "shipped", then it has been shipped from our warehouse, and, of course, no further adjustments can be made.

What if I didn't receive my entire order?

There are a few reasons for why you may have not received your entire order. In some instances, items are cancelled from orders by customers and are not shipped. On rare occasions, items may also be sold out. Customers will always be notified by email about out of stock items and given time to respond (cancel and ship, cancel and add another item(s), etc.). Since we don't do backorders, the best way to persue out of stock items is to wait until you see it on the site again, or simply reply to the “out of stock” email with the request to “please special order my item of stock item(s)” and we’ll do our best to get them for ya!
