If you believe that you should have already received your order please visit your personal account page to check the order's status. If the status shows as "pending," your order is still being processed. Processing may take longer than usual if we require verification of the order, if an item was out of stock, or if a charge was declined. In each instances, we will send an email to you and await a response before final processing takes place.
If the order's status is "shipped," you can track your order using the tracking numbers supplied on the confirmation email sent to you when your order was shipped. These tracking numbers are also included on the detail page for every shipped order, accessible through your personal account page (just click on the order number you're interested in to view the detail page). If your order was shipped via FedEx, go to fedex.com and "track" your order using the tracking number(s) emailed to you when the order was shipped. If your order was shipped via USPS and you received a delivery confirmation number(s) in your email when your order was shipped, go to www.usps.gov to learn more about the delivery of your package.
