In most cases*, special ordering from our vendors is not a problem. The easiest (and least painful!) way for you, us, and the manufacturer to make this happen is for you to create an account online at beckersurf.com and then email us all the info you can on the item(s) you want (we don't want to order the wrong thing!).
To set up an account, click on the "account" link at the top of any of our site's pages and choose to log on as a new customer. After specifying basic account information and logging on as a new customer, you will be taken to your personal account page and will have options to specify shipping and billing information via respective "edit" links
. YOU MUST BE SURE TO ENTER SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION BY CLICKING ON THE EDIT LINKS IN THE SHIPPING / BILLING SECTIONS OF YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE. SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION IS ON FILE.
We will also need the manufacturer's style number and the desired color and size of the item(s) if applicable. If you don't have the manufacturer's style number, but have the sku number and / or name of the product as it appears / appeared on our site, let us know. After you've gathered this info and created an account, email specialorders@beckersurf.com with it and we'll do our best to get you the goods. Please note that while we try our best, the success of special order requests cannot be guaranteed. If we aren't able to get what you want, we will of course notify you, but please give us a few days or so to work on requests.
