The need to surf is strong and the shape of the surf not looking half bad neither. Some are gung-ho about it – a little rain won’t slow me down! Others, as well as officials, are recommending staying out of the water altogether. It is counter intuitive, but the constant heavy rains actually bring out the worse in the water.
