Ready to experience surfing culture at its finest? Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA will host its fifth annual surf expo this Saturday, 7/23 from 10am – 4 pm.

A family-friendly function, this annual expo will feature artists, marine life educators, and approximately 75 vendors displaying the latest in surfboards and gear, as well as vintage boards, woody cars, paintings, and jewelry. There will also be live music, Polynesian dancers performing island-style dance, and delicious food such as tasty pu-pu’s and BBQ tri tip! Moreover, this year will feature a special area for surf authors.

It’s a favorite event, as this fun festival definitely celebrates summer at its best and the surfing life and culture. Oh yeah, it’s also another reason to hit the sand – a truly authentic surf-a-rama!
