Get ready for stop number 4 of 11 in the ASP World Tour Men’s event. Next week, all the eyes of the surfing world will be focused on Jeffreys Bay, South Africa as the world’s top 34 ranked professional surfers along with two wildcards take to the legendary waves of Supertubes in the Billabong Pro J-Bay from July 14 -24. The series of events will determine the annual ASP World Surfing Champion.
Current ASP World Title Race rankings leader Adriano de Souza (BRA), defending champion and local favorite Jordy Smith (ZAF), 10X world champion Kelly Slater (USA), and perennial favorites and previous event winners Taj Burrow and fellow Australians Joel Parkinson and Mick Fanning will be among the top surfers working the waves on the Southern tip of Africa.
